TUTORIAL FACEBOOK III - HOME "start ur Facebook"

After you Log In into your account in facebook you will come to the "Home" Page

Home is the main page from your Facebook account. You can do many activities here with your friends in your network.




This is a function that you can use in the Home page :



1. Shout - update status



You can update your status here. Anything you want to write, like what kind of activity, or posting your favorite quote. Just write in the text box and the press Post.




2. News Feed



News Feed contains updates that are happening in your network.


3. Status Update

Status update has a function that is similar with News Feed. But it only specifically informs us the status updates of those in your network. U can comment in their status if u want. Just click comment.







4. Photos

It informs you about new photos that are uploaded in your network. U can see the picture and make a comment.




5. Posted Item

It informs us about the item posted by your friends. U can select and view it.



6. Live Feed

As the name suggests, Live Feed shows us the detail activities and updates in your network all the time. Choose Log Mode or Full Story.

TUTORIAL FACEBOOK II - Starting Your FaceBook

After signing up, you will have an account in Facebook. Follow these steps to complete your Facebook account setup.

1. Confirm friend

If your friend invites you, through their address book, then you will get Confirm Friends page. Press Confirm if you want to approve the friend request.







2. Find Friend

This is one of Facebook functions that helps you to find your friends that already have a Facebook account, by using your email address book. If you want to do so, you can enter in your email address and password then press Find Friends. Facebook will then browse through your address book to find those with Facebook accounts.

3. Fill Out Your Profile Info

Please fill in your personal information. This will help you to promote and make other people recognize you on Facebook. Press Save after that.







4. Select People You May Know

This function gives you sugggestions about people around your network that you might know. Click on their pictures to select and press Add As Friend to send friend request.







5. Join a Network

Choose your network. Fill in the City/Town and then press join.







6. View and Edit Profile

Fill in your personal information to complete your profile page. Upload your picture to make people recognize you so that they can add your account.








If you want to upload a picture, please click the link "upload a profile picture"



Choose picture you want to upload.This pic will be your profile photo.

After you fill in all of your data, don't forget to View your Profile Page.

TUTORIAL FACEBOOK I - Create Account in FaceBook

Creating a FaceBook account.

Welcome to this tutorial. Right now we will start to create an account in facebook.

1. Open browser ( internet Explorer, Mozila, Opera, etc ) and type in this address http://www.facebook.com

2. Go to the Sign Up Section and fill in every information needed. Then press sign Up..

3. Please fill in security check and press sign up.

4. After filling in Security Check you will be asked to Confirm Your Email Address. Login to your email and find Confirmation email from Facebook. Follow the instruction mentioned there.

5. Finish. Congratulation, u have a new Facebook account right now.
